How to access these resources from outside the Library:
- Have your current and up-to-date Franklin Park Public Library card handy.
- Click on the link of the online resource you want to use.
- Type in your library card number (it should begin with 21316).
- Type in your pin number (this will be "changeme", no quotation marks, unless it has been changed).
- To change your pin number go to the library catalog by clicking here or the "Find Books, Movies, Music" menu item to the left
- Click on "My Account"
- Click on "User PIN Change"
- Type in your library card number in the upper box
- Type in changeme in the lower box
- Click on Login
- Type your current PIN in the top box (changeme)
- Type your new PIN number in the middle box
- Retype your new PIN number in the lowest box
- You now have a new PIN
- Begin searching.
