The Chosen One tells of a story of a 13-year-old girl named Kyra. Unfortunately, she lived in a community where she had to follow all the rules. She was not able to go beyond her boundaries or do any sorts of things kids her age were able to do beyond her community. But as time passed, she decided to break some rules and live. But when a meeting came up on her house, she panicked. At first she believed the meeting was about her and all the things she did wrong. But in reality, she was chosen. Now, she had to face the idea that she had to marry, and live with her uncle. Finally, the race is on. She had to decide what is right for her family or else they would pay the consequences she had made. I recommend this book to people who like drama, action, and adventure books.
