Tax Season Resources 2013

Monday, April 15, 2013 is Tax Day. We have extension forms for federal (Form 4868) and state (Form IL 505-I) filings. We also have the major 2012 federal tax forms, miscellaneous tax forms, and instruction booklets. Limited quantities of Illinois tax forms are available. If you need help locating a form, ask at the Information Desk.
