Teen Advisory Board

T.A.B.

What is the TAB?

The Franklin Park Public Library Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a group of high school volunteers who are interested in making a difference at the Library. TAB membership is a commitment of time. Members will earn community service credit, gain valuable work experience, and have a direct impact on the collection, programming, and services for the Franklin Park community.

Who can join the TAB?

The TAB welcomes all teens ages 13-18 years old.

Why should you join the TAB?

  • Because you love books, movies, music, and food!
  • Because being a TAB member earns you service hours for school, church, and other organizations.
  • Because volunteering looks really good on college and job applications.
  • Because your input is important to the library.
  • Because it's free!
